Fire Restoration

Emergency Pre-Cleaning
This, the initial step, is a critical one in which we immediately begin work to clean and protect your contents and valuables. We clean porcelain (sinks, toilets, bathtubs & showers), metals (faucets, door handles, etc.) ceramics and glass (ex. chandeliers.) Later on, a full cleaning will be executed which may include ultrasonic, and ozone cleaning. After cleaning, a protective coating is applied to prevent harmful, caustic acids from permanently etching and destroying valuable finishes.
Smoke & Soot Removal
Our team works quickly to eliminate all signs of smoke and soot (source removal) caused by fire damage to your home or business. Quick and proper cleaning protects your home and personal items from ongoing damages due to caustic, acidic soot. If your possessions are not cleaned within 24 hours after a fire, permanent damages may occur.
Smoke Odor Elimination
Source removal of smoke and soot is the primary method used for odor removal. Other methods such as thermal fogging, ozone treatment may be used if necessary. If odor cannot be removed from structural components, sealing with pigmented lacquer may be required.
Sanitization
Water damage after a fire may cause secondary damages due to microbial amplification. Quickly drying your home with commercial dehumidifiers, turbo dryers and ventilation can save many valuable contents and reduce costs associated with water damage.
